Weeks in and nothing new

My weight has fluctuated like crazy over the last few weeks. Even as much as three pounds today.

I've realized that part of it is self discipline, but also how cost effective the diet plan is. As cheap as it can be for one person alone- estimated at about $40 a week- when you also have to feed a family of 4 and $40 is about 1/2 of your weekly budget, it gets expensive.

So I decided last night that I'm going to model my eating habits after my aunt, Rhonda. Rhonda looks amazing and she eats mainly vegetarian with some lean meats. It's cheaper for me to buy more veggies and some grains and eggs and chicken than to buy enough meat for 4 of us and make sure I'm full.

Here's hoping that between this change and dance, yoga and weights that I can break the 155 barrier.
